A question every parent will ponder, or potentially hear endless begging about: cell phones.

Cell phones: part perfuctory, part neccessity in today's overy digital communication. But when you see a kindergartner dig past her crayons for the iPhone mom sent her off to school with, you've got to wonder, how young is too young for cell phones?
