'Hockey Mom' Again Faces Lewd Acts Charges March 4

Kathia Maria Davis, 45, of Laguna Niguel will appear in court March 4 to face four charges of lewd acts on a child under 14 -- charges related to Davis' previous conviction of unlawful sexual intercourse with a 16-year-old.

Both boys met Davis because they were part of her young male relative's hockey team.

The hearing will kick off a retrial on the child-under-14 charges; the jury that convicted Davis of unlawful intercourse last year couldn't agree on a verdict for the lewd acts charges, or two accompanying misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor charges.

Davis hasn't been sentenced for her unlawful intercourse conviction; sentencing is expected to happen after the retrial concludes.
