Laguna Niguel Aquatics Center Temporarily Closes

LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA — Swimmers hoping to use the Laguna Niguel Aquatics Center for their laps will have to look elsewhere as the facility is closed until Sunday.

City officials did not say what's behind the temporary closure but that the center will reopen on Monday at 6 a.m. Lap swim reservations for that week will open this Friday at 9 a.m., officials said.

The Crown Valley Community Center will remain open for any residents who have questions during the closure. Parks and Recreation staff members can also be reached by phone at 949-425-5100 Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., officials said.
