How serious do you take your coffee? Enough to watch roasters and baristas throw down to see who can make the best?
Up to 10 roasters and up to 16 baristas will participate in the “competition.” Each roaster will offer one coffee and be paired with baristas to work together to find the preparation and serving methods that best suit their type of coffee, for the final presentation of 10-12 ounces to the judges.
