Coroner ID's Man, Woman Killed In Fatal RivCo Weekend Crash
Good Samaritans stopped at the scene in an attempt to aid the crash victims and halt a fire that ignited at the spot, officials say.

CORONA, CA — Two people were killed Sunday when a motorcycle and Tesla collided in Corona, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The Riverside County Coroner's Bureau identified a man and woman, both from Corona, as the victims of the crash.
Corona residents John Teply, 41, and Vickie Hultstrand, 41, were both pronounced dead at the scene, their identities revealed following notification of next of kin, according to the coroner's statement.

It was not immediately apparent if others were injured in the collision.
The crash was reported shortly before noon Sunday near 23530 Knabe Road, officials say. There, witnesses reported that one of the involved vehicles went down the right-side embankment. Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department and Corona Fire Department responded to the scene.

A minor was also injured in the collision, according to Cal Fire. No other information was available.
Good Samaritans also quickly extinguished a fire that broke out as a result of the crash, according to CHP dispatch reports.
The cause of the crash was not immediately known.
