Elsinore Students Focus On Being Kind To Prevent Bullying
Plus, schools are hosting activities and programs related to bullying prevention.
LAKE ELSINORE, CA — October is National Bullying Prevention Month, meant to bring attention to the bullying problem and involve people nationwide in a conversation on how to create a world safe from bullying.
The Lake Elsinore School District is among many across the nation focusing on the issue. For example, both Elsinore High School and David A. Brown Middle School have "kindness" themes for anti-bullying this month, in which they are promoting kindness as a deterrent to bullying behavior, according to District Spokesman Mark Dennis.
What's more, the district provides an opportunity for students or parents to report bullying here.
