By simply using their First Bank Debit MasterCard,â Mercado’s unforgettable trip began with First Bank’s “Win Without The PIN” sweepstakes. The December holiday promotion automatically entered First Bank customers to win a weekly prize of $100 and the grand prize – a trip to the Grammys.

“I was definitely surprised to win,” said Mercado. “Winning was a great way to start the year.”

From the start, Mercado and her husband received the star treatment. A private car picked them up upon their arrival at LAX and ushered them back for a safe journey home following their whirlwind trip.

In between, their glitzy itinerary included:

·         A private guided tour of the city and the Hollywood Walk of Fame

·         Dinners at two famous Los Angeles restaurants – Mr. C and Cecconi’s

·         Shopping on Rodeo Drive

·         A pre-event professional makeover at Cristophe Salon

·         Admission to MasterCard’s VIP pre-reception and the opportunity to walk the Red Carpet

·         Prime seats to the big show

“The VIP party and the show itself were the highlights for me,” Mercado said. “I doubt I’ll ever have the chance to do this again. It was very glamorous.”
