Motorcyclist Killed In Lake Elsinore Crash ID'd As Local Man

The fatal crash was reported Tuesday at the intersection of Riverside and Lehr drives in Lake Elsinore.

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — A man killed Tuesday in a Lake Elsinore crash was one of the city's own.

Robert Sadlak, 59, of Lake Elsinore, was pronounced dead at the scene following the crash that was reported just after 11:30 a.m. at the intersection of Riverside and Lehr drives.

According to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department, Sadlak was riding a motorcycle when he and a vehicle collided in the intersection.

When deputies arrived at the scene, they found Sadlak unresponsive on the road. Despite efforts by deputies and Cal Fire paramedics to revive him, Sadlak died at the scene.

The other motorist involved in the crash remained on scene. Alcohol and/or drugs were determined not to be factors in the deadly collision, the sheriff's department reported. The driver's identity was not released, and no arrests were announced.
