Traffic Alert: Semi-Truck Crashes On Interstate 15

LAKE ELSINORE, CA -- The tire on a semi-truck blew out Monday morning in Lake Elsinore causing it to crash into another vehicle. The incident was reported at 9:29 a.m. on southbound Interstate 15 near Railroad Canyon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP incident log said an ambulance was called to the scene.
