Man Thrown from Motorcycle During 3-Car Crash Near I-8 and SR-125

A Spring Valley man driving his 1991 Acura Integra hit a motorcyclist and another car Tuesday while attempting to drive from Interstate 8 westbound to the State Route 125 southbound ramp, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The incident occurred at 3:54 p.m, the CHP said. 

The motorcyclist, who was thrown from his motorcycle after being sideswiped and transported to Sharp Memorial Hospital with a fractured left arm and abrasions.

Passengers in the two other cars were not injured.
