Apartment Complex on Normal Avenue in La Mesa Sold

An apartment complex, which contains 21 units, on Normal Avenue in La Mesa has been sold, according to a report from the San Diego Daily Transcript.

The complex sold for $1.9 million and was puchased by 7629 Normal Avanue LLC. The price per unit was $90,476. According to the report, the sale was funded by a loan from Evertrust Bank, totaling $1.4 million.
