Attempted Burglars of Mt. Helix Home Caught on Tape
According to 10News, the suspects were caught by surveillance cameras on Monday trying to break into the home of Catherine Jacobson.

The San Diego County Sheriff's Department is seeking help from the public to identify two suspects in the attempted burglary of a Mount Helix home.
According to 10News, the suspects were caught by surveillance cameras on Monday trying to break into the home of Catherine Jacobson.
The suspects were driving a white Mercedes Benz. The surveillance footage shows two different men exiting the car and walking up to Jacobson's front door. One of the men appears to be putting on a pair of gloves.

According to 10News, the door sustained damage, and looks as if it was worked on with a set of tools.
"Here's my poor door," Jacobson told the news station. "It was so traumatic because you know, we just had this remodeled and everything was looking so nice and suddenly there's this destroyed door."

Jacobson added that she and her husband installed the cameras because their house was burglarized twice before.
