All Men March: 'Seeking, Reaching, and Teaching'

Vision: The All Men March seeks to revive positive and cooperative unity among men and to encourage a collective understanding among men, on the importance of being accountable to ourselves, so that we are able to be responsible and accountable to our women, children, and communities.

The goals of the All Men March:
• Become more active in our children’s lives.
• Taking total responsibility with your actions
• Enhance self worth and self respect
• Encourage cooperation to improve the community
• Encourage personal growth through education

The priority focus of the All Men March is strengthening unity and community among men; however, we encourage and welcome participation from all men, regardless of race, color, educational, social, or economic background.

We anticipate featuring an inspirational lineup of keynote speakers who will offer words of encouragement and who will convey, with a sense of urgency, the importance of men taking responsibility and being accountable for their actions.

We are also looking to incorporate opportunities for local businesses to be showcased, as well as, include “right now” resources for employment, continuing education, substance abuse, and mental health care assistance and support.

There will be refreshments and a great opportunity for all in attendance to (re) connect and reaffirm their commitment to making our communities and families better and stronger.

The All Men March will commence at Morse High School 7 a.m. and will conclude at the Martin Luther King Park with a speaker forum and the MLK Family Reunion Celebration to follow.
