Halloween Festival at Spring Valley Community Center

The annual Halloween Festival will return to the Spring Valley Community Center Monday night.

Starting at 5:30 and running until 8 p.m.,  the popular family event will feature a pumpkin patch, trick or treat, balloons, ghostly games, videos, astro jump bounce house, face painting, and of course, a costume contest.

The event is sponsored by the San Diego Parks and Recreation and the Spring Valley Booster Club.
