The free health fair will take place near the movie theaters in the center. The San Diego East County Chamber of Commerce, organized the event, with more than 75 exhibit booths featuring health screenings for stroke, blood pressure and blood glucose/diabetes, and information on senior housing and home care services, hospice, home safety, fitness centers, health insurance, herbal supplements, medical supplies, volunteer opportunities, Alzheimer’s disease, chiropractic, dentistry and eye surgery. Sponsors include the Grossmont Healthcare District, Sharp Grossmont Hospital, Grossmont Center and Alvarado Hospital.
