Helix Water District GM Should Not Get a Raise!

Dear Board Members,

I am writing to object to the 3 percent raise you are Wednesday at 2 p.m. considering for the General Manager of the Helix Water District.

This is a slap in the face to the rate payers, so many of whom, struggle to meet their family and personal obligations.

What has the GM done to merit such a raise that the public should stand up and cheer for this increase?
