Whiz Kids' Accomplishment: These three fifth-grade Student Council presidents organized a holiday canned food drive for the San Diego Food Bank. During the month of December, they were able to motivate the school and help bring in more than 2,200 pounds of food. This was a huge accomplishment and required that they give up their recesses and time after school, as well as maintaining their outstanding citizenship and grades in their classes. They showed the school that individually you can make a difference, but together we can change lives.

Whiz Kids' Keys to Awesomeness:  Brady, a member of Peter Pan Junior Theatre, says, "Always remember to believe in yourself." Elizabeth, who plays for Matrix soccer club, says "Trust in God and yourself." Gage, who plays in the Sol competitive basketball league, says, "What truly matters is that you always strive to be a good person."
