Memorial Day and Following Week See Few Crimes In Spring Valley

Mount Helix Patch will try to keep its readers updated on all of the reported crimes in the area. The following is a roundup from May 30-June 5. Information is compiled from the Lemon Grove Sheriff's station.

Monday, May 30

–Vandalism, in the 900 block of Grand Avenue, at 11 a.m. $400 or less.

–Burglary, in the 500 block of Sweetwater Road, at 5:20 p.m. Commercial building.

Tuesday, May 31

–Theft, in the 2900 block of Jamacha Road, at 5 p.m. Petty theft.

Wednesday, June 1

–Vehicle break-in, in the 600 block of Carlsbad Street, at 4:30 p.m.

Thursday, June 2

–No crimes reported.

Friday, June 3

–Burglary, in the 1300 block of Capistrano Avenue, at 4:45 a.m. Residential building.

–Assault, in the 9000 block of Harness Street, at 6 p.m. Simple battery.

Saturday, June 4

–Vehicle break-in, in the 1600 block of Canyon Road, at 1 a.m.

Sunday, June 5

–No crimes reported.
