Missing La Mesa Woman Found Safe
Teresa Hudson went missing early Saturday morning without her medication, money or her cell phone.

LA MESA, CA -- A woman reported missing in La Mesa has been found safe and sound, police said.
Teresa Hudson went missing early Saturday morning, taking her daughter's car with her but took no money or her cell phone, NBC San Diego reported.
Hudson's husband, John, said he fell asleep watching television with his wife and when he woke up, about an hour later, he noticed she was gone, the station reported. Hudson's family was worried about her because she has a psychiatric condition and left without her medication.
