Photo Gallery: San Miguel Hosts Multi-Agency Fire Training Drill

The hosted a mulit-agency training drill on Sunday, in an effort to imporve response times and communication when working with multiple fire agencies. 

Along with San Miguel Fire, there were representatives from CALFIRE, Sycuan Fire and San Diego Rural Fire departments who participated in the event. The training took place at the corner of Campo Road and Conrad Drive, at the site of the former Blockbuster Video store, and gave the firefighters to train at a commercial structure.

Some of the procedures and methods employed during the training included: ventilation, forcible entry, rapid intervention crews, rescue, command (ICS) and interior attack.
