To the editor:
Hello Mt. Helix Park supporters,
Thank you to all who attended or donated to the Fifth Annual heART of Mt. Helix. The event was a tremendous success netting more than $60,000 for Park operating expenses such as security, utlities, insurance, landscaping and staffing. We will also be able to put in some additional security cameras thanks to the generousity of event supporters.

Believe it or not, our amazing heART committee is already starting to plan for 2013. They have asked me to let you know the date will be Saturday, August 17.
To get the "buzz" going the committee is offering pre-sale tickets at a discounted rate. If you purchase your heART 2013 ticket before November 15, 2012 the ticket prices will be $45 for general admission seating and $95 for reserved table seating.

The prices will go up at least $5 per ticket after that date. Tickets are non-refundable.
Also, we are hoping to add some additional friendly volunteers to our planning committee. If you have the time and the interest please let me know. We will start committee meetings in January. This is a fun group made up of area men and women who appreciate Mt. Helix Park (and like to plan a good party!) We meet in the evenings, initially once a month, with meeting frequency increasing as we get closer to the event date.
Thank you again for you support. Hope to see you in the Park soon.
Sincerely,
Tracey Stotz, Executive Director
