Police Activity Blocks Westbound Fletcher Parkway: Cops
El Cajon Police reopened two westbound lanes of Fletcher Parkway, west of the 67 Freeway, Wednesday morning. Expect heavy traffic, they say.
EL CAJON, CA — The 500 block of Fletcher Parkway was shut down for about an hour Wednesday morning due to an ongoing investigation, El Cajon Police reported.
The Westbound lanes of Fletcher Parkway—west of the San Vicente (67) Freeway, between Pioneer Way and Magnolia Avenue—were closed as of 7:45 a.m.
Two lanes were reopened an hour later, however traffic remained heavily congested, they said. Drivers should seek alternate routes until further notice.
