Question of the Day: Doc Get Proper Sentence in Michael Jackson Case?
Four-year sentence, restitution were ordered for physician convicted of involuntary manslaughter.
Dr. Conrad Murray will serve no more than four years in Los Angeles County Jail, a judge said today in assigning his sentence in the drug-overdose killing of Michael Jackson, the King of Pop. Judge Michael Pastor said: “[Murray] has absolutely no sense of remorse. He is and remains dangerous. ... I think Dr. Murray is so reckless that I believe he is a danger to the community.” Was sentence stiff enough?
