Ray Lutz's lawsuit after being arrested while doing voter registration opens up new front in fight.
La Mesa native Ray Lutz was removed from the Occupy San Diego site downtown Tuesday, arrested on charge of trespassing while staffing a voter-registration table. A YouTube video (attached) shows the incident unfold. Now former San Diego city attorney Michael Aguirre is representing Lutz in a lawsuit. San Diego police earlier broke up the encampment. Should they be allowed to return?
