Veterans Day is Monday, a day when our country honors those who have served in the United States Armed Forces.

Many family-friendly restaurants are offering free or discounted meals to veterans and service members on Nov. 11.
Here's a brief list, courtesy of MilitarySpouse.com, of participating eateries:
- Applebee's
- Chili's
- Olive Garden
- On The Border
- Krispy Kreme (Free Doughnut and Coffee)
- Red Robin
- Tony Roma's
- McCormick & Schmick's (Sunday, November 10, 2013)
- California Pizza Kitchen
- Sizzler
- Charlie Brown's Steakhouse
- O'Charley's
Just make sure you bring proof that you're either currently in the military, or are a veteran. And thank you for your service!
