Village Car Show, Antica Trattoria, College Scholarships and Cool Zones

1. Back to the 50s Car Show at the Village- 5 p.m. Thursday, La Mesa Village.
Travel back in time in the Village. Back to the 50's Car Show will feature vintage cars along La Mesa Blvd between Acacia and Fourth Streets. A DJ will be spinning classics to go along with the vintage evening.

3. Cool Zones- It's heating up, and if you're too hot and need relief there are a number of air conditioned sites open to the public during regular weekday hours. They are designed to help older adults and people with disabilities stay cool and save energy costs. This year the Cool Zone program will operate June 22 through October 15.
