Lafayette Apartment Project Delayed: Report

The report states that an opposition group continues to try to stop the large development, the Terraces of Lafayette.

LAMORINDA, CA — The Terraces of Lafayette is slated to have 315 apartments in 14 buildings at Deer Hill and Pleasant Hill roads near Highway 24. A sizable number of the apartments, 63, would be less than market rate.

However, according to a report by the Bay Area News Group, the project has been delayed.

A court battle over the proposed development appeared to be settled last year, but an opposition group, Save Lafayette, is pressing forward with efforts to stop it.
