Around Town March 26-27: Exercise the body and the soul this week. Take an aerobics class or brush up on opera.

• Take some time to work out the stress of the day by dropping in on a low-impact aerobics class Monday, March 26, at 5 p.m. The class is offered through the Larkspur Recreation Department. The drop-in rate is $6.
• Mike Berger recounts The High Life, including his relationships with some of San Francisco's most notable legal personalities: Nate Cohn, Jim MacInnis, Pat (Butch) Hallinan and some of their clients, notably Sally Stanford, Mel Belli, and the People's Temple survivors. Berger comes to Book Passage in Corte Madera on Monday, March 26, at 7 p.m.
