Corte Madera Residence Inn Hotel Project Public Hearing Will Take Place On February 15

On February 15, 2022 the Corte Madera Town Council will hold a public hearing to consider and possibly approve applications for the development of a new 149-room Marriott Residence Inn at 56 Madera Boulevard (site of the existing Best Western hotel).

The applicant, Reneson Hotels, Inc., is seeking to utilize the Town’s Hotel Floor Area Bonus Ordinance to build an approximately 118,000 square foot, 47 foot tall, 3-4 story structure.

The project would include meeting rooms, a lounge, gym, and swimming pool for hotel guests and visitors, and would retain and improve the existing on-site pond and surrounding environs.
