Staff recommends the addition of three positions: a public works administrative analyst, maintenance worker and an undetermined accounting position in the finance department. Staff also suggests eliminating two customer service representatives, according to city documents.

The accounting position may be an in-house financial or analytical support positions, something staff said is needed.
