Residents in downtown Larkspur were in the dark even after they opened their eyes Friday morning due to a localized PG&amp;E outage. A downed power line caused the outage, which affected 41 customers between 4:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. Crews were still conducting repairs as of 12:30 p.m. Friday. To report an outage to PG&amp;E, call 1-800-73-5000.
