Left Bank Brasserie will host "An Evening With CleanFish" dinner on Thursday, Oct. 4 beginning at 5:30 p.m. A $49.50 five-course prix menu prepared by chef Fabrice Marcon will showcase the restaurant's commitment to serving sustainable seafood. The regular menu will also be available.
CleanFish’s co-founder and Executive Chairman Tim O’Shea will be in attendance to speak with guests about the eco-friendly water to table movement.
