Is Restoration Hardware Going Public?

The Corte Madera-based homewares manufacturer and retailer is positioning itself for a return to the stock market, according to a report from Reuters.

Reuters is reporting that Corte Madera-based Restoration Hardware is preparing for a dramatic return to the stock market.

The high end furniture manufacturer and housewares retailer ventured into the public arena once before, but is currently private owned by equity firms Catterton Partners and Tower Three Partners LLC and Restoration's CEO Gary Friedman.

The move could come in late summer or early fall, roughly a year after filing for a $150 million initial public offering, according to Reuters.
