Is This Your Fantasy Home?

I enjoyed "Fantasy Island" as much as the next teenager back when Ricardo Mantalban was sporting white suits, but I would hardly expect Mr. Roark to be hanging out poolside in Kentfield.

Then again, I clicked on an ad that read "Fantasy Island in Kentfield," for a 6 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath estate so private that the real estate company doesn't list the address. It's listed at $5,495,000 and has a great view.

It's not exactly my style of house — I prefer the Craftsman cottage style — but it's great if you have lots of money and lots of friends. Remember this word of warning whenever you buy a house with that many rooms: You will be expected to host parties and family functions.
