Kentfield Girl Enjoys View On Horseback

San Domenico's Lindsay Cobb helps her equestrian team to national success.

Every little girl should have a pony. That's what Nina Cobb wanted for her daughter, Lindsay.

What Lindsay has done since getting in the saddle has been more than merely impressive.

The San Domenico student helped her Equestrian Team qualify for the 2011 Interscholastic Equestrian Association National Finals, which were held April 28-May 1 in Maryland.

Lindsay Cobb, a Kentfield resident, didn't have her beloved Caca Lilly with her for the competition, but she still proved to be one of the top riders at the competition.

Riding has meant more than competition and a shot at glory for Lindsay. She and her mother enjoy the chance to ride together and bond over a common love.
