Kids Did This? At The Larkspur Youth Film Festival
Around Town Weekend April 27-29: Enjoy music, garage sales and good food.

When I first showed this music video to a DJ friend of mine, he said, amazed, "A high school student did that?!"
For the past few days, we've been featuring some of the area's top local talent entered in the Larkspur Youth Film Festival, scheduled for Sunday, April 29, at 11:30 a.m. Tickets are $10. Proceeds benefit the Lark Theater.
Keep looking for more featured local artists throughout the weekend.

• Love hunting through garage sales? Then you've gotta check this one out! Several neighbors are getting together for one jumbo garage sale on Sunday starting at 10 a.m. at 14 Skylark Drive, just off Magnolia. Find art, clothes, books and more. Cash only.
• Spend some time Sunday afternoon listening to fun music with Musica Frivola, presented by Festival of the Arts at Marin Lutheran. The concert begins at 4 p.m. Tickets are $20 for adults, $10 for students and seniors.
• The forecast is calling for fine weather this weekend. And with Doyle Drive closed, who wants to go into the city? So, why not stay home and fire up the backyard grill? Get some fresh meat, chicken and vegetables at the Larkspur farmers market at Marin Country Mart every Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Don't worry, there's plenty of entertainment for the kids, too, with pony rides and music.
• And, if you're looking for a taste of something different, try the Off The Grid food trucks every Sunday, starting at 11 a.m., at Marin Country Mart.
