The City of Larkspur, County of Marin, and Episcopal Community Services (ECS) identified the facility at 1251 S. Eliseo Drive as a potential Project Homekey site. ECS and the county plan to submit a proposal to the state to purchase the building, according to the county.
ECS will operate the property as a 43-unit permanent supportive housing facility, according to a news release. In permanent supportive housing locations, residents have access to support such as case management, mental health, educational, and vocational services.
