Prenatal Yoga At The Parents Place In June

Looking for a prenatal yoga class? The Parents Place in San Rafael is offering a Prenatal Yoga class for expectant moms, Tuesday evenings June 7-28, from 6-7 p.m.

The class will include an introduction to yoga postures and sequences specifically for pregnancy; meditations and techniques for relaxation and stress reduction; a conscious approach to conception, pregnancy, labor and delivery, and mothering, as well as network support opportunities with other moms-to-be.

The class is taught by Danielle Hougard, certified Anusara Yoga instructor. Attendees should wear comfortable clothes that you can stretch in and bring a yoga mat.
