Teen Drivers Can Get A Smart Start; Larkspur To Get Ready

Around Town Dec. 14-15: CHP class offers education for new drivers and their parents; Larkspur firefighters offer a disaster preparedness class.

• The California Highway Patrol is scheduled to host its Smart Start teen driving program Wednesday, 7 p.m., at the Corte Madera CHP office on San Clemente Drive.
