Who's your Choice For The Oscars?
Around Town Feb. 24-26: Party with the local stars at the Lark Theater during the Academy Awards.

• The Lark Theater will host the biggest Oscars party in town on Sunday, starting at 4 p.m., with food and beverages catered by Yankee Pier, Melting Pot and Rustic Bakery.
• Explore the farmers market at Marin Country Mart every Saturday, from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Vendors have locally-produced meats, fish and vegetables. There's music and comedy for the kids.

• Eve Ensler, the Tony Award-winning playwright of "The Vagina Monologues," will appear at Book Passage in Corte Madera on Friday, Feb. 24, 7 p.m., to discuss her latest work and the power that drives her to fight for women's rights. Tickets are $35.
• The life and work of David Johnson has been captured in a short documentary, "Positive Negatives", produced by Mindy Steiner and you're invited to a special screening and wine 'n cheese evening on Friday, February 24 at Corte Madera's Hillside Church at 7:30 pm. Hillside Church is proud to tell David Johnson's story, and especially within the month of February 2012, designated "Black History Month." Mark this date in your calendar. This is a free event.
