Builder rebrands, now The Previti Group

FONTANA, CA (November 4, 2024) – Fourth generation builder Jimmy Previti has helped to create new economic development and quality of life opportunities across Southern California’s Inland Empire for more than two decades.

With his newly rebranded company, The Previti Group, and an impressive pipeline of innovative residential, commercial and mixed-use real estate developments, Previti is taking another bold step forward in driving one of the most dynamic economic and population centers in the United States.

With the rebrand, The Previti Group is moving away from the single-family home construction that its predecessor, Frontier Communities, was well-known for. The results have been impressive. The Previti Group’s Vasari at Ventana in North Fontana has completed its first phase of what will ultimately be a 101-acre walkable, eco-friendly planned community in the fastest-growing city in San Bernardino County. The Italian-themed community has earned widespread recognition from neighboring communities and industry peers, including earning 2024 Multifamily Developer of the Year honors from the CoStar Impact Awards.
