"For an entire week, we watched them prepare. First, they raised a barricade of orange plastic fencing from tower 17 to 18 signaling, 'keep out,'' Garza wrote on Facebook. "Although this caused an extra-long walk out to the water for us surfers, the excitement of a movie being filmed, with a star that we all know by name, simmered down most of the complaint."

Deadline reported that "The Adventures of Cliff Booth" is the untitled Netflix project that was recently awarded a massive $20 million state tax credit.

There's been no word from Netflix, but "The Adventures of Cliff Booth" is a follow-up to Tarantino's 2019 "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood."

Pitt won an Oscar for his portrayal of Booth, a World War II veteran and stuntman who struggles to find work as he faces rumors that he killed his wife.

"Not only did I get snaps of Mr. Pitt, but I also photographed actor, Scott Cann and director, David Fincher," Garza said. "Although, I failed to bag Brad's autograph, capturing a Hollywood production, with one of movies biggest stars, in one of my favorite places will be a lasting memory."

"I especially love that the oil rig and lifeguard headquarters in the background, autographing that these were taken at my beloved Bolsa."
