Longtime Seal Beach Resident And Black Sabbath Drummer Bill Ward Mourns Ozzy Osbourne
"You're forever in my heart," the drummer said in a post on social media Tuesday.

SEAL BEACH, CA — Black Sabbath drummer and Seal Beach resident Bill Ward is mourning the loss of former bandmate Ozzy Osbourne, whose death was announced Tuesday.
"Where will I find you now? In the memories, our unspoken embraces, our missed phone calls, no, you’re forever in my heart," Ward said in a statement on social media Tuesday afternoon, offering his condolences to Osbourne's family. "Never goodbye, thank you forever."
Osbourne, known as the "Prince of Darkness," died just weeks after his farewell show, where he reunited with his former band members, including Ward.

It was the first time in 20 years that the the original Black Sabbath lineup performed together, with Osbourne vowing it would be his last live performance ever.
The news of the 76-year-old's passing came through a statement by his family, saying Osbourne was surrounded by love when he died. His cause of death is not yet clear, but he had been battling Parkinson's disease for several years.
