Seal Beach Police Hope Someone Recognizes this Car Thief Suspect

On Sept. 10, at approximately 10 a.m., the above suspect stole the victim’s blue 2002 Toyota Sienna minivan from the 100 block of 11th Street in Seal Beach.

The suspect eventually abandoned the vehicle at Pavilion’s shopping center after removing her personal belongings.
