Spreading Joy to the World of Jazz - A Holiday Benefit featuring Tony Lindsay & Friends

You are cordially invited to a holiday benefit, “Spreading Joy to the World of Jazz,” supporting Los Gatos Music & Arts and Jazz on the Plazz. Guests will enjoy wine, spirits, and light appetizers upon arrival before settling in for an intimate 90-minute holiday performance inside the beautifully decorated Rinconada Hills Clubhouse.

The evening will feature Grammy Award–winning vocalist Tony Lindsay, along with the soulful Janice Maxie-Reid and some talented friends. Reservations are $125 per person, with proceeds supporting Jazz on the Plazz and youth education programs organized by Los Gatos Music & Arts, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Seating is limited, so early reservations are highly recommended.

The “Spreading Joy to the World of Jazz” benefit aims to promote community unity this winter while providing essential support for Los Gatos Music & Arts and our celebrated summer series, Jazz on the Plazz. Fully organized by LGM&A, Jazz on the Plazz relies entirely on our community and local businesses.

This holiday concert presents a great opportunity to directly support the highly regarded eight-week summer concert series. Held on Monday during Christmas week, this event offers a warm, welcoming way to celebrate the holiday season. Proceeds also help fund our youth music education programs, enabling us to continue nurturing young artists and enriching Los Gatos's cultural life.

About Tony Lindsay

Best known for his 25-year tenure as lead vocalist for Santana, Tony Lindsay has received multiple Grammy Awards, toured internationally, and recorded seven albums with the band. His work in 1999’s Supernatural contributed to eight Grammy wins, beating the previous record held by Michael Jackson.

As a songwriter, Tony’s credits include Tevin Campbell, Johnny Gill, Shanice, and Diana Ross. He has performed with Beyoncé and Tower of Power, released six solo albums, and was recently named the new lead singer of Maze, honoring Frankie Beverly. With a warm tone and remarkable range, he remains recognized as one of the top vocalists in contemporary music.
