 <li>Replacement of wax ring as needed.</li>
 <li>Replacement of bolt kit as needed.</li>
 <li>Caulking to the floor as needed.</li>
 <li>We will clean up and haul the old toilet away.</li>
 <li>We will set up a date and four-hour arrival time window Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm.</li>

What is NOT Included:

 <li>Replacing the wall valve if needed.</li>
 <li>Replacing the closet flange if needed.</li>
 <li>Flooring repairs if needed.</li>
 <li>Specialty situations like a 10” rough in.</li>
 <li>If there are issues with your plumbing beyond simply installing a new toilet, we will be glad to help you with them, but they are not included in this offer.</li>
