No illegal drugs were found in her system, according to police reports.
Locklear was back in rehab in 2010 following a misdemeanor citation for hit and run. In 2012, she again entered rehab after she was hospitalized for reportedly mixing alcohol and prescription drugs.
Locklear is currently starring in TLC's first scripted series, "Too Close to Home," which is set to premiere its second season Wednesday.
