Volunteers looking to take part in Heal the Bay's Coastal Cleanup Day this weekend will have the option of pitching in at several Malibu beaches.
The cleanup is set for Sept. 21 at 50 sites across Los Angeles County, including Leo Carrillo State Beach, Surfrider Beach, the Malibu Lagoon and a dive at the Malibu Pier.
Only those who are dive certified can take part in the dive at the Malibu Pier. The person who finds the most bizarre item will be awarded a prize, according to organizers.
