Menlo Park Police To Host Open House On Saturday
A family-friendly event showcasing equipment, displays and demonstrations is scheduled for Saturday at Menlo Park Police headquarters.

MENLO PARK, CA -- If you've ever wanted to learn more about the goings-on at a real, functioning police department, now's your chance.
The Menlo Park Police Dept. is inviting residents to come out for a free, family-friendly event this Saturday that showcases equipment, displays and demonstrations. Attendees will also have a chance to meet police staffers and learn about the department.
The day’s events will include police demonstrations, static displays, a tour of the public safety communications center and bicycle safety tips and bike helmet giveaway are also planned.

The event is planned for 10 am to 2 pm Saturday, May 11 at the Menlo Park Police Dept., 701 Laurel St., Menlo Park, CA 94025.
