MENLO PARK, CA -- A missing man believed to be on psychiatric medications and homeless may be missing, Menlo Park police reported. Mike Andrews, 38, was last seen Friday at about 1:15 p.m. The report indicates Andrews may be trying to return to San Francisco via bus or train where he has lived in the past. The man is described as a black male standing 6'2" weighing 218 pounds with black hair and a full beard. He was last seen wearing a dark brown knit cap, black jacket, light blue shirt and dark blue slacks.
